Scalapay is a leading global payment and purchasing service. It allows you to spread your costs over a long period of time. It offers direct payments and installment plans in a simple one-click purchasing experience that lets customers pay when and how they want, up to a maximum of €600.
What is the shipping cost?

A €9 shipping fee applies only if your cart value is less than €199. Once this threshold is exceeded, shipping is automatically free. Shipping to Europe depends on the destination country. For further details, please refer to Cristanini's Shipping and Returns page.
How long does it take to ship my order?

Once the product is ready, we offer express shipping (3–5 days) with our partner couriers. We know you can't wait to receive our exclusive pieces, so we've selected the fastest delivery option.
What is the return policy? How do I return an item?

We honor return requests made within 14 days of receiving the original purchase. Cristanini accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with no signs of use for a refund.

Returns must be packaged in the original Cristanini packaging, which must be securely sealed with tape. If our box is no longer available, you can use another type of packaging suitable for shipping our items. If the original order was under the €199 free shipping threshold, shipping costs will not be refunded.
When will I receive my refund?

Any refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 business days of receipt at our warehouse. For orders paid by credit card, the financed amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days and within the next statement. Processing times may vary depending on the credit card company.
